As a new mom I found myself reaching the same great products. These products saved me daily and made the transition into 'mommyhood' a little easier. These items are my favorite because they were either accessible, affordable, easy to use, or all of the above.

See a quick overview of my baby must haves:

1. Hatch Baby Grow Smart Changing Pad and Scale- My daughter is my first child and being a breastfeeding mom I wasn't sure if my baby was really intaking her milk, therefore gaining enough weight. Luckily, she was and still is a great eater. But having this scale eased my 'new mommy' mind. I also loved that this changing pad has an app that tracks the changes in my daughter's weight. So at her wellness visits there were no surprises. It even came in handy for blowouts because its made of an easy-to-clean material. Once baby #2 comes along, its definitely on my list to have in the new nursery!

2. Baby Nasal Aspirator NoseFrida the Snotsucker by Frida Baby- Oh my goodness! One word SNOT! I don't care what anyone says, it does NOT get easier to clean up a snotty nose just because it's your baby. Maybe it's me! The Snotsucker is literally worth every single penny. With my daughter going to daycare and encountering other children and tons of germs she was constantly stuffy and congested. But with a combination of the snotsucker, a vapor bath, and a little love from mommy and daddy her cold never stood a chance!

3. Sarah Wells Abby Breast Pump Bag-After maternity leave was over I had to find a way to feel put together everyday and still make things easier on myself. I mean with a little 3 month old baby, transitioning back into work, she's adjusting to daycare and I'm adjusting to a work and pumping schedule---it.was.ALOT. But this bag saved me! It's carefully crafted so the quality is definitely there to withstand everything from my laptop, an extra pair of shoes, work notes, my wallet, makeup, and on-the-go baby essentials! I mean seriously, I'd buy it over and over again. If you want one item that helps you successfully transition back into work as a new mom get this bag! You won't regret it.

4. Medela Pump and Style Breast Pump- I know there are fancy pumps out there and this is the only one I've tried but it's golden in my book!. This was the pump that my health insurance provided and it took a while to get the hang a pumping but oh!!! once I got the hang of it I was a pumping queen. I pumped 26-30 oz of milk everyday! My pump fit perfectly in my breast pump bag and I also purchased the accompanying Medela cooler bag and additional pump bottles. All of these items easily fit within my pump bag. Talk about having it together! Yes!

5. Little Remedies Gripe Water or Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water- Both of these were and still are a lifesaver! Especially, being a first time mommy there have been plenty of times when I've checked all of the boxes (diaper change, temperature check, hunger) and still couldn't figure out why my daughter was irritable. Thank goodness there's gripe water. Gripe water is amazing for gas, upset stomach and hiccups. A dose of this and she's suddenly calm and able to go to sleep. More z's for baby which means more z's for me!
